fog lights, turn signals, and instrument panel out

hey guys so I was rear ended the other day, and a few days later, coincidence or not, im not sure, I was driving in a bad snow storm. My fog lights went out. They are wired into the parking lights. The turn signals work but not the parking lights. My instrument panel also went out. The lights on the gauge cluster do not work when the headlights are on but when the headlights are off, i saw the 4x4 high light on the instrument panel. Any ideas? I kidn of checked the fuses but didnt see anything.

Fuse 11 in the underhood box. If it's blown, find out where the short is in the rear of the truck.
