Air Bag Lite is on

I was in a small accident and my air bags went off. I took it to the Ford dealer because they where on recall. After they fixed them the Air Bag lite was still on . The dealer told me it had some thing to with the seat belts . I think they where trying to rip me off . I went to another repair shop and he confirmed it . Do have to replace all of the seat belts or just part of them.

I had the light go on for the belts in my truck which needed a new buckle. Some people can get it to go away by unplugging and plugging in the electrical connector of the buckle.

If your truck was in an accident, you will also need to replace the RCM as it can only be used once, a new airbag isn't the only thing to replace. Also, if you have an older vehicle you will need to replace the crash sensors (Yes I am making a list as you have not said what year truck or what has been fixed).

It is a 2004 Ranger AS far as I know the air bags is all they replaced . They told me after the work was done the air bag lite is still on because something is up with the seatbelts . Come to find out it is something to do with the pretensioners . If is so how do I determine witch on it is so I can have it replaced . Thank you for the help.
