power source for fog light wiring, anyone??

Hey, trying to wire up a set of low power fog/driving lights on my ride and don't know the best place to tap for power. I was thinking of wiring directly to the battery but I dont want to drain it on the road. does anyone know where the power distribution box is? my truck's a '95 4 cyl.

i put fog lights on my old car and what i did was wire directly to the battery and put a 4 pin relay in..IIRC this is how it was set up

wire to hot side of switch
hot wire from battery
wire to low beam so they would come on with lows and go off with highs
ground
