1991 3.0 overheating

Hey folks, need a little advice here. I have a 1991 3.0l Ranger that overheats. About three weeks ago I changed the radiator and the radiator fan. The fan clutch seemed to be fine. Today I noticed dripping from the overflow hose to radiator connection, a lot more than I'd think. I'm changing out the coolant temperature sensor as my internal gauge doesn't work, but I'm worried that I will find that my engine is still running hot or overheating. The top hose is very hot after driving it. I could change the thermostat just for good measure, but it was changed about a year ago. I could also change the water pump, though it was changed within the past two years. Barring these two issues, what else could be causing this? Thanks for your help.
