Yeah I had to do something similar when I bought a tilt column from the junkyard that didn't have the keys.
Pretty much your gonna have to remove the column and chisel out the lock cylinder. Once you break the locking mechanism you can actuate the rod that goes into the actual ignition switch (yellowish box on bottom side). This will move the whole ignition rod in the column allowing the "T" tip of the ignition cylinder to turn so it can be pulled out.
Pretty much your just gonna break it into a million piece but don't damage the housing that is part of the main column.
