I'm sure you're exhausted of this topic

Getting exhaust put on at the end of the week (hopefully) and using super 44 SI/DO
what I am having trouble deciding is how I want it run. Basically down to duals out passenger side in front of tire, behind tire, or straight out back with both tips on passenger side.
I don't think I've seen duals on the same side with rear exit on a ranger, think it'd look funny?

I'm getting some of beards sliders in April, so if I did dual out pass. side i'd have to get shorter sliders. which isn't necessarily bad. just a thought.
Or should I just do out the side behind the tire at 45's on passenger side?
submit your opinions.... i'll make the final decision though haha.

or i could do a single pipe out any of these locations and dump one pipe. would that just be stupid? save me a little $$ since I'd only need one tip and less pipe...

I've always liked out behind the tires at a angle on both sides. Tucked up real high though so you don't see the pipe and its safe for offroading.

i'm partial to before the rear tires and if you have room right behind the cab with some crome tips (just something simple) sticking out just far enough to keep carbon off your paint, thats some sexy exhaust right there. I know thats what i'm doing after i do my turbo swap after i get a full time job. and if you want to save mone just dumpt them both thats my current set up, it dose look good when you look underneath but i think if you run one out and dump the other it probly will look kinda gay if you look underneeth or if your trucks high enough to see it with our looking underneeth, but if your looking to save money then jsut dump both of them, it will cost under 20 for everything you need.

^I think this would be best.... I just dumped mine right after the muffler.

i've never been a fan of the duals out both sides.

i almost want to try dumping one and running one out just to see if it sounds funny. I like the look of a pipe coming out, and then if i crush it offroading i'll still have the dumped pipe. will be weird but it shoudn't be visible. if i do that, i would do the single in the factory location, just angled, but if i did both tips I think I would do them in front of the tire.

one bad thing about dumping one, is since there would be less backpressure there (path of least resistance) i feel like not as much would come out of the other tailpipe. would that be negligible?
looks like I will have an extra week to think about it though

I also thought about (maybe in the future) when I get a custom steel bumper get cutouts IN the bumper for the exhaust to exit through. is there room for that?

This is the first time Ive had side exit, and I like it.

I will say that I think the Super 44 is the perfect muffler to experiment with.

Ive had all of the setups with this muffler, and I havnt had it long. lol.

At first I thought about running one tip out the back, and dumping the other. I never tried it, and have always been curious as to how it would sound. I dont think the backpressure deal would be an issue though.

Oh yeah. You should see this thing by Friday hopefully.

i did not... complicated schedule... also I went in friday and there was just nobody there.... weird. wandered into their garage "anybody here?" no reply. so i left.

also... i suppose I shall share the pics of the muffler since i repainted it.
I used some blue rustoleum (just because that's what I had, no i did not intentionally colormatch my muffler) so here are some before/after pics. quick rattle can, zero prep.
