P1443 Error Code and CEL Help

I'm getting a Check Engine Light with a P1443 on my '96 Ranger. I'vre replaced the vacuum lines from the manifold to the carbon canister, and I also replaced the purge flow sensor. I reset the CEL, and away I went. 30 miles later, the d%#& CEL cameon again. What else could it be? Could it be the solenoid? Doesn't the solenoid have it's own code? Any help would be appreciated. ac.

The Purge Solenoid has its own set of trouble codes for electrical problems BUT a low/no flow problem that sets a P1443 can be triggered by anything that causes an indicated flow that is significantly lower than what is commanded by PCM. If you're sure that there are no other leaks or restrictions, the Purge Solenoid is a possibility. Before ordering any more parts, I would try bench testing the solenoid using a 12V power source.
