Outer marker lights and relays on 2001 ranger xlt

I just bought a 2001 ford ranger , and it has an electrical issue. The front outer marker lights will not blink with the turn signals. They do seem to work fine inside trhe headlight assembly, the outer markers just wont blink. I did replace the 2x2 inch flasher that was under the dash. That was a wasted $20. had no affect. I did run a tracer current from brown wire of the outer marker bulb which triggerd a small white relay at the corner of the fuse box on the firewall, which would cause both marker lights to blink in unison. based on that, I am assuming that voltage must go from the flasher under the dash, to the small white relay, and then to the outer marker lights. I am wondering if there is a relay that I missed?, I noticed there are several under the dash on the flasher grid. I am a newbie on here , and apologize if I am not posting in the right place or if this topic has been covered already. Just really need to get my truck fixed so I can get it inspected and start driving it. Thanks for reading my post

Those ones don't blink, they're just markers so don't worry. If you want them to, search for the blinker mod and you can. So don't worry about them for safety.
