P0607 Control Module 2010 XLT 4L

Hi I could use some help troubleshooting. I was towing a trailer and got a P0607 code. PCM problem. Let it sit and then jumped it and it started back up. In about three minutes it started jerking then ran smooth for a minute and then died. I checked the battery voltage and it is 12.07v. Tried starting and I just got a clicking sound. Once I get it started again I will see if the alternator is working. Any one have a similar experience or know what the issue might be? Thanks for your help, Tim

Alternator

The cause of the problem was a bad alternator.
