Hi all,
I have a 2018 Ranger Limited 2.2l (South African spec), ~220000km on the clock, and I'm having no end of issues. Here's a list of all the work I've had done in the past 6 months, just for context:

• DPF removed
• EGR blanked
• Adblue mapped out
• Replaced the full cooling system, radiator, heater core, thermostat, so on)
• Replaced the engine with a reman engine from Ford after a head gasket issue
• Replaced the clutch because it was easy with the engine out
• Replaced the turbo actuator and had the turbo reconditioned

I had the turbo done because I was getting the P2563:72-28 error code. It was all good until a day after I got it back, the same code started popping up again intermittently. When the code comes up, it maxes out at 1500rpm, no power and makes black smoke. I'm lost at this point and don't know what to look at next.

Has anyone had similar or does anyone have any idea as to what to do next?
