Has any1 installed one of these in their ranger? The price is $70 What is a really good chip for a decent price someone could recommend?

+1. I was just looking at the page and had the same question.

 

dont waste you money read the installation instuctions they are ebay chips plain and simple all they do is play with the maf and cause problems i bought one for my first car it didnt do anything but cause the check engine light to come on

look at programmers-sct,superchip,diablosport,ect

performance isnt cheap if the directions tell you to cut maf wires and splice it in its a ebaychip

My roommate got one and he paid me $100 to install it. I told him it was junk and he insisted I install it or he'll pay a professional benz dealer i told him they would fall on their A$$'s laughing and tell him to get lost. long story short i wired it to the MAF and it instantly sent a CEL. this was on a 1999 Mercedes Benz ML430 4Matic. Get something real not this
