how to wire an aftermarket oil gauge

im putting in an aftermarket oil gauge and i want to know it there is a way to keep my old and new one working. i know if i use just the new one ill have the check gauge light will be on. is there a way to use both

You should be able to put a tee in... use the stock sender with the stock gauge and use the aftermarket sender in the other port with the aftermarket gauge.
