PIC request...exhaust exit in front of tire

hey i want to put a side exit exhaust on my truck because my old stock pipe with a flowmaster in it came off at the clamp between the muffler and the pipe and when it fell the bent the pipe to shiat. so i figure that making it come out in front of the tire would be easier because all i would need is a 90 and some straight pipe....and it would be less likely to get hung up on stuff when offroading (i have my rear q-panel dented around the exhaust because i have hit my old exhaust on lots of stuff back there.....so when i look at it it seems like the front leaf spring hanger is in the way to run a 90...i want to keep it as close to the body of the truck a possible so it doesn't get caught on stuff....so im thinking maybe run a 45? idk what have u guys done? lets see some pics. i know redneckstone has it who else? thanks

You could run the exhaust in front of the rear tire. Mine is just behind the rear tire, like this:
