Power steering lines 94 Ford ranger
 

I'm looking for some help with the high pressure line on pump side. I tighten the flare nut all the way down but the line still moves. Someone mentioned it is supposed to but I found that odd. It's my first time changing a ps line so any help with this is much appreciated.

I replace the line on my 2002 and I don't recall any movement at the pump. Doesn't sound right.
