Cruise Control....not working!
#3
You have to find out what exactly is wrong with it before you can try to fix it.
In many cases, at least with F-150s, the cruise control would stop working when the junk cruise control switch on the master cylinder decided to short out. This problem can lead to a fire, so check that out first. There is a recall for the switch, so take the truck in ASAP to have a new one installed.
Of course, checking fuses would also be a good place to start, but you need to find out why the fuse went in the first place if it is blown.
If you can provide any more details about what exactly went wrong with it, someone might be able to give you more details on how to fix it.

the recall consists of a wiring adapter and some times the switch {located on the brake assy on the fire wall} if the switch has alot of fluid on it only. also if th harness is melted too. then its different though. Its a good one to get done bun never have i seen a problem in our shop. {that doesnt mean other shops are the same}
But as always get the recalls takencare of asap.

Yeah, the recall is, I heard, because if one leaves the switch on after the vehicle has been parked it doesn't turn off and can overheat and fry itself, and even light the truck on fire. Maybe yours doesn't work because it fried itself like this.
So yeah, I agree with everyone here to take it in with the recall notice and get them to fix that, and it might cure your problem. But if it doesn't, they should be able to diagnose what the problem is at the same time and at least give you an estimate of how much it will cost to fix it. Make sure they give you an estimate for any additional costs before repairs--dealerships have a way of charging way more $$ than anyone else...
