Icon5 powers window buzzing fuse?

Went to roll my windows down and didn't work, so I pushed it again (holding it down alittle longer) and a buzzing noise started going of around my feet. I drove it home to look at better. I got up under the dash tos see where the buzzing noise was comming from. Supposedly there is another fuse box under your dash, close to you console. I could hear it buzzing, I pulled the cover off and could feel one fuse on the bottom making the noise. I removed thsi fuse and pushed the up/down button and my dome lights come off/on, but no noise. Could this be this fuse? I searched the forum and no luck. I did notice that alot of the time it was the connection to the switch. I will check into this tomm. Any suggestions.

Had a faulty ground. problem fixed. Also it was a relay box, not a fuse (under the dash) and when that relay doesn't get a good ground the relay buzz's. I knocked the ground wire conection when I installed my e-fan and ran a led light to tell me when it is on/off.

I know this thread is old but still comes up with Google search and the final solution was never explained well. I had the same trouble. It was indeed a bad ground. Behind the driver's kick panel next to the E-brake. Exacerbated by salty Minnesota roads.
