problem with auxiliaries

just the other day my hellas stopped working. i was working on getting the switch for them mounted and finally figured out how to make the switch light up. then i put some of that split tube around the wires and knocked out one side by the fuse. i put it back in the way its supposed to be and tried flippin the switch but it no longer lights up or turns the hellas on. wut should i do?

ive checked all power leads, ground leads, and fuses. should i break out the voltmeter or wut? my setup doesnt tie into the light harness like it should, instead it goes to a constant fuse because i keep the hellas on when my truck and headlights are off. im sure mr. griggs should have a say in this matter.

also, the hellas are run through a relay and three prong rocker switch. the switch has a ground prong so it lights up, a supply prong from the constant source or light harness, and third source out to the relay. the constant i used was the flasher fuse and they still work. HELP!!

hmm....are you sure you checked the power and grounds? did you use a test light? maybe the wire came apart when you put the shrink tubing on...

everything has been checked that i could think of to check. so that means all fuses, all wires, all grounds, tried using two switches. still...nothing

Mine too stopped working sometime this winter. It was too cold to really get into it until just recently, but I still haven't figured it out. Fuses and all the connections look fine.. I'm thinking there's some corrosion in one or more of the ground points. The multimeter is needed in my case..

^^^same sorta sounding thing with mine except mine were working five minutes before. wierd stuff and it irritates me knowing that ive got these lights behind my grill that dont even work.

mine for some reason used to take an extra 10 seconds or so to turn on. when i first installed them, they were fine. then this winter hit, and it seemed to delay them or something.. maybe its something with the relays they use. i haven't checked them recently to see if they still delay or anything now that it's warmer out.
