Problems with 2000 3.0

So I’ve been dealing with this problem for a week now after a snow storm my wipers stopped work then I noticed my odometer and my speedometer them my 4x4 isn’t working someone said something about the dome light stuff and all the other stuff not working either but I haven’t tested the dome light as it doesn’t have a bulb in it so my question is what wouldn’t cause all them things to go out all at once I have checked all my fuses and relays all good and I replaced my wiper/turn signal switch and still wipers don’t work so I have no idea what the problem is I checked the plug for wiper motor I have constant 12v power the ground is good I checked with a test light any ideas on a time sensitive thing as I need the truck Tuesday for a long haul and I would like all of them functions to work thanks

Welcome to the forum

In 2000 Ranger the wipers, speedo/odo, 4WD and dome lights all need the GEM module to work, its behind the radio

In cab fuse box, fuses 10, 20, and 25 power the GEM with Key ON
Also check fuse 26
Test if all 4 have 12volts with key on

If 1 or more don't then could be ignition switch issue

If you pull out the radio and GEM you test its wires for 12v with key on as well

Diagrams below for wiring test

You can use a 1998-2000 Ranger GEM but from 4x4 only, engine or trans models don't matter
