Window is a PITA to roll up/down after replacement

Recently I was the lucky owner of an '04 Ranger that got broken into. They shattered my driver's side window with an ice pick and a hammer and luckily didn't steal anything. However, after getting the window replaced, I found it excruciatingly hard to roll up or down, especially up. Could it be because the guide rods or for it are bent or something? Any help is appreciated.

Oh, and please excuse my lack of knowledge as to how this works. I know the basics of cars, but not the windows of cars.
