Sudden mysterious vibration - Please Help!

I had the rear brake drums off of my 94 Ranger 2.3L due to e-brake issues. After putting them back together, I am noticing a strange vibration/shaking which occurs at any speed, and even with the clutch depressed/truck in neutral. I thought maybe it was caused by the brakes dragging, but I re-checked and they are assembled and functioning correctly, and with the rear jacked up the wheels spin freely. There are no noises or typical symptoms which would cause me to suspect a bearing issue.

I should also mention that I still haven't been able to fix the e-brake issue that started this whole thing. When the e-brake pedal is depressed it clicks all the way down to the floor with no resistance whatsoever. I haven't had any more time to pick at it yet, but I'm assuming this is a problem with the cable somewhere. Could this be causing all my problems, even though the e-brake doesn't seem to be functioning at all (no resistance created on the wheels)??

Sorry for the novel. Thanks for any help.
