Cheap Spark Plugs???

So a few weeks ago i decided to change my spark plugs. everthing was good untill a few days later i started to hear this weird ticking noise kinda like air was getting past the spark plug. I took out all the spark plugs and checked the gaps they were all the same except cylinder number 2. it went from .65 to .40.... i re-gaped it and put it back in. Now the other day it started to make the same noise so i pull out the same spark plug and it went back down to .45.. what would cause the spark plug gap to keep going back down to .45 its only cylinder number 2....

its a 4.0 btw

I hope you mean 0.065, instead of 0.65.
