Blowin EEC Fuse Help

So I got the B2 running and took it for a drive to my buddys house. We decided to wash it a lil, and when we finished to go eat some lunch the truck decided to not start.

It turns over and cranks and the fuel pump doesnt prime. I just replaced the fuel pump so we checked the fuses and found that the EEC fuse in the distributor box is blown, so we go and get another one and when I go to start it again it blows another one.

So where do I go from here?

You might want to check if a wire is pinched causing it to short to ground.
