Shift Motor Wiring

Hi everyone. I have a 2005 Ranger 4x4 with the 4.0 engine, and it got stuck in 4WL after helping someone out on the trail. It eventually shifted back for me, and I've had no issues going back and forth from 2WD to 4WH. But this morning I used the 4WL to pull a frame that was half buried and a rock...needless to say it's stuck in low again. I pulled the shift motor and I can manually put it back into 2WD, but when I had my wife hit the switch with the motor loose, it doesn't turn. I want to test it to see if I'm getting voltage to tell it to go, but it would be helpful to see a schematic (seven wires, which I'm assuming five may be sensors?) Store manuals don't give you much electrical help which I'm sure y'all know:) Any ideas where I can find schematics without paying an arm and a leg for them?
