I bought new side mirrors for my 2012 xlt and they worked for about 20 seconds and stopped working, checked fuses and connections, wires all good, what else could it be ? Please help

All wires and fuses are not good, or new motors are burned out, take your pick, but that's all there is in this system.

There is just one 12volt wire to the switch, and one GROUND wire to the switch, if either is bad then no movement of motors, that's where I would start

My guess would be the GROUND wire since you mentioned fuse is OK

The GROUND for the Drivers Door electrics is usually behind drivers kick panel
