I’ve got a 2001 ford ranger 4.0. I’ve had check engine lights for o2 sensors on for a bit and today I turned it on and got a flashing check engine light so I hooked it up to a code reader and I’ve got 20 fault codes. They’re mostly all exhaust related but now I’ve got codes for ignition coils and misfires. I’ll list the codes I got but I don’t even know where to start and just need some ideas.
