sooooo...

Ive got 2 6 inch Cepek lights and i wanted to mount them onto my new bumper (woot!) and ive picked up everything i need (wire, in-line fuse holder, fuse, terminals, quick disconnects, and a switch i want to mount in my cab.) but someone said i need a relay...What size relay do i need? What should it look like? How do i wire it up? Where can i get one? lol help please as much as possible as far as the Relay goes, ive never wired one up before :-P. Thanks

Most aftermarket lights come with a 20 Amp, 4 prong relay. I forget how you have to wire it up, but they usually come with a wiring diagram printed on them to help you out.

You can pick up a standard relay at just about any auto parts store, they're not expensive.

Don't know what auto parts stores you have in CA, but over here we've got Pep Boys and Autozone, I know for a fact that each of them carry Pilot brand wiring setups for foglights with all the wiring you'll need, a switch and relay. You might want to look into it.
