beeping at every start, occasionally while driving

Just bought the truck, don't know a whole lot about it, there is some sort of weird aftermarket theft thing hooked up. I have to turn the key on and wait for the aftermarket alarm to beep twice, then I can start it. Weird, no idea what the significance of that is...

Anyways. I start the truck, and the factory alarm starts beeping at me. It will beep 5 times, pause, 5 times, pause.. for FOREVER. Then its like the ECU cycles about 15 minutes later and does it all over again.

There are no lights illuminated on the dash. No CEL, no airbag warning, etc. But, the airbag is disconnected behind the steering wheel, someone cut the wires.

Ideas?
