Icon5 Speedometer reading wrong

hey guys! my speedometer has been reading wrong ever since i bought my 2000 ranger, it used to be a consistent 4 mph off, and then i changed my rear abs sensor and it went from 4mph to 3~.
And then i recently went from the stock 235/75R15 to some 245/75R16's from a 03 ranger. and now it reads all over the place, it reads 30-35 mph perfectly, but at higher and slower speeds its off by different amounts, for example it reads 57~ when im actually going 60, but 50~ when im going 55. could this be a speed sensor issue? or do these older ones have a cable? i also have a 4wd so the speed sensor/cable is on my transfer case. and id assume that id have to get a new gears for the speed sensor/cable for my bigger tires. does anyone know where to find the right calculations to get the right tooth amount and size?
thanks yall!
