Help !! No Elecrtic Fan in cab of pickup !
I think I may have bit off a tad more than I was expecting. Drove the pickup first time today due to scooter breaking down . I went to turn on the fan in the cab for some air inside for the first time since purchasing the pickup and nothing ! When I got home I checked the fuse box and where it said a 50amp fuse was supposed to be for the blower :nothing not even wired up. I have a 92 Ford Ranger xlt with a 2.3l engine 2wd 5 speed where do I start getting this figured out ??

There's a few main components to the blower motor circuit. There's the blower motor resistor, the fan itself, and the switch. The switch almost never goes bad.
The blower motor resistor is a common suspect. See if all the modes (high to low) are gone, or if just the inbetween from off to high are gone. If only some of the modes work, the blower motor resistor is the problem. If none of them are working, the motor is what is likely toasted.
A quick and easy way to see if the fan is getting power is to use a test light.

Some Ford Blower setups used cab switch as the motors Ground.
So Blower motor had 12volts when key was on, but no Ground unless cab switch was on.
Same resistor set up just on the Ground side of the circuit instead of 12v side, this means a short in the cab wiring would just cause the fan to come on, because they are all ground wires, so less chance of a melted wire short.
I don't know what the circuit is in a 1992 Ranger, so just a heads up that having 12volts at the motor and the motor not turning doesn't mean motor is toast, it might be, but check the motor's other wire and make sure it is a Ground, OHM Meter to engine or battery negative

The motor wasn't ground itself when I did my checking. I bought a replacement this afternoon and will install it later tonight. Right now another issue is ******* me. Why at first starting out it ( the engine) acts like it vapor locks @ first after being parked for a short bit. like a stutter . It goes away a short bit later.

Low fuel pressure?
Try turning the key on and off 3 times before starting engine, like this:
Key on, count to 3, key off, repeat 3 times then try to start.
This will cause fuel pump to run for 6 seconds instead of just 2 seconds, so you should have full 35-40psi pressure for starting.
If this works then either fuel pump check valve is leaking pressure when engine is off, or the Fuel pressure regulator on the fuel rail is leaking pressure.
