SRS Beep?

Hey, I've got a 95 Ranger, it was in an accident before I got it and everytime i start it, or drive for about an hour or so there will be this series of beeps that last about 20 seconds or so...its really annoying. Im under the impression it is a warning to say that there is something malfunctioning with the airbags (the drivers side was never replaced)..i just want to get rid of the beep. has anyone else experienced this? which fuse would you pull? or would you have to do more than just pull a fuse? thanks!

The 5x5 audible warning is a backup for a burned out or missing airbag indicator light bulb. Replace the bulb and the beeping should stop but the light will stay on until the restraints system is repaired.

make sure you disconnect the battery before you go and start to mess with the airbags

i dont have any intention of putting the airbag back in, is there a way i can bypass this warning?
