Headlight aiming...

Just put Spyder aftermarket Head Light assemblies but they aren't lined up with each other. So now I'm left with several questions...

Do I bring the low one inline with the high one.
Are there a proper "protocol" as to how high to aim these things.
I know night is the best time to do this but I'm open for ideas to ways to do this that could insure equal alignment and proper aiming.

Another thing...the Head Light assemblies have the most simple way to adjust the lights. But I've never seen a hex head as small as this "adjuster" has.

Thanks Guy's...
