H.I.D BI-XENON... need install help

So i ordered the bi xenon hid conversion kit. The instuctions they sent me are for the single beam kit. Can anybody tell me what i do with the hi/lo controller harness? I can figure out most of it but it has 2 orange wires with 2 seperate fuses and a black wire that looks like a ground. Do those go to my battery? I figured i would get a quicker response from here than trying to contact the company.

On mine, those 2 orange wires were both hot. I didn't get good instructions either. Basically on mine I had to plug in one side (I used the drivers side) harness into the controller and then run power to 12V. From there they hook up like your standard kit.
