My dad says hes hearing what sounds like rats scratching at the inside of his dashboard (obviously he doesn't think he has a rodent problem, just likened the sound to it.) It happens mostly between 0-40mph. He said it sounds like he would expect a sticky speedo cable to sound like, but the Ranger doesn't have a speedo cable, it has VSS.

Has anyone experienced a problem like this? Any ideas?
