Transfer Case 7 pin Plug
 

Well, at the wildlife refuge, coming out from a bowhunt, all sloppy from lots of rain, my Ranger 05 Edge 4x4 started intermitting .

I figured it was the 7 pin plug. Done that years ago. So, back home, i could not get it separated for nothing. Got tired of messing with junk, so i purchased 2 new rubber coated plugs ( each does 4 wires ) and cut the junk plug out. Made sure to keep the colors correct. Soldered the splices and heat shrink tubed them. All nice and sealed with red 3M electric tape and black zip ties.

Works fine now.
