How many Qts and what type of fluid?? 2005 XLT 5speed automatic. Guy at parts store says which pan do you have?? deep or shallow?? Bought both gasket and filter kits. Is there a better fluid to use or what? any tips? THANKS in Advance.

 

it should state the capacity in your manual, then again if you're just draining the pan it wont be right. just see how much you take out and put about that back in, maybe a little less, then check the level and top it off as needed.
