I was gonna say, file the claim with Paypal and get your money back. Then if the seller wants them back, they can pay for return shipping too.

 

Tell them they were broken when you got them and you want a refund.

 

AHH...Not the thread I want to see. I have one Oversea part and one Ford 06+ Mirror. I'll see which one lasts longer...lol hope you get it fixed man.

Yeah I did, they said I have to file a claim with UPS since it was insured. So I sent that off today

 

That sucks. I hate china parts.

 

Id tell them to S my D for a restocking fee. Its not your fault that they were broken in shipping. Tell them if they dont refund you the money you'll leave negitive feedback. If that doesnt work file a claim with paypal. That will get there attention quick.

 

Its not their fault they were broken in shipping now, its UPS's. They people are actually being really cool about it, they were very apologetic. I'm going to try to make these work. The box says fragile all over it, do not drop but yet I guess they still did. Oh well

 

thats the worse thing to put on a box, we just throw it harder lol

 

Yeah these are getting returned now, the crappy fit just pisses me off.

 

x2 I bought mine for about $65 and should have paid the $110 at ford for new one. The 2 bottom screws just popped out after slightly tighten them down with a socket wrench. Off to ford to get a new oem replacement. My driver side is a used ford one and it fits great! So don't get cheap oversea parts! I have learned my lesson.
