2007 Ford Ranger Front End Noise Help

I have a 2007 Ford Ranger supercab with Torsion Bar suspension. I have a weird noise in the front when i'm driving over 20MPH. It sounds like a grinding or a clunking noise or like something is warped. I have gone through and changed the upper control arms and ball joints, lower ball joints, sway bar links and bushings, and shocks. The calipers are not bent or warped. There is no vibration in the pedal when braking. When i'm driving in a straight line it makes the noise and it gets bad when i turn left or right at speed. It weird because if i hold the steering wheel a little off center and to the right the noise disappears completely but once you turn it a little more it makes the noise. I have noticed that around the seals on the rack and pinion where the pinion meets the rack there is a wet spot but i've never noticed a decrease in fluid in the reservoir or on the ground. Could it be the rack?

If anybody has any idea please help. it's driving me crazy!

Thanks in advance

If the sound changes with wheel speed, it could be a bad bearing. Sounds like this:
