I just got my new exaust today. I got Flowmaster 40 series. Dual out the back sides. It has a low mellow tone to it but it is way quiet. I dident want it real loud but hell, i paid $200 for it and want it a little louder. The timps are the same size as stock and I think that might be why it is so quiet. Am I correct?

u are corect, if u have the same size piping and the same size tip then the sound wont be as loud, say u got 2.5" duals and 3.5" or 3" tips it would be loud... even if u kept the stock 2.25" piping, u can still get 3" or 3.5" tips, and it will make it louder and sound better
