RCI Skidplate and Grille Guard?

Hello Everyone,

I am doing some research for my 2004 Ranged Edge, I have been doing a lot of off-roading here in Arizona and my 2 major projects I need to start are suspension and protecting my front end.

My main idea is to get an RCI Skid plate, as I have heard nothing but great reviews, my question is, will it bolt up if I get an Aries Grille Guard. They both say bolt on, but I don’t have the actual hard ware to see where these items bolt up to.

Has anyone done both? Are the compatible, would I require minor adjustments/longer bolts?

I have good background in mechanical and not afraid to get in there and get my hands dirty. So I am just trying to get some information on what I am going to get myself into. Though these looks like it should bolt right up.
