Icon4 Weird 2010 Clutch Issue

Hello,

I've had my 2010 Ranger 4x4 Sport for almost 3 years. About 2 years ago, I installed a subwoofer, new door speakers, and an amplifier to power it all. Works well, no complaints. I changed my door speaker's wiring from 18 AWG to 12 AWG and made a new wooden box to capitalize on the room behind the driver/passenger seat.

After re-wiring everything last night, I went on a test drive. I immediately noticed my clutch pedal required more pressure to engage and switch gears properly. As I continued driving, my ability to shift went away completely. Now here is where I am at:

In order to switch gears, my clutch doesn't have to be engaged at all. In fact, I can ONLY switch gears if my foot is not on the clutch. Also, I can only move the truck forward if my foot is all the way down on the clutch. It's almost as if the function of the clutch is reversed. The truck still works. No mechanical work was done last night. The only time I went into the engine bay was to run the POS/NEG wires through the firewall and into the battery.

I am still able to drive the truck. In order to start it, it has to be in neutral with the clutch engaged. If I want to start it in gear (like I usually do), I still have to engage the clutch, but it wants to creep forward and has trouble cranking.
If I want to move forward after the truck is on, I can switch gears with a disengaged clutch, and in order to get rolling, I have to slowly press on the clutch pedal.
If I want to change gears, I have to release the clutch entirely, switch gears, then press on the clutch. In first gear, I can press the gas and it will accelerate normally, but in second or any subsequent gears, the gas pedal does almost nothing past 25 MPH.

I have never heard of this happening, and I cannot pin point how this is possible after a simple re-wiring of my subwoofer and amplifier.

A friend said it may be an electrical issue due to over loading my amplifier with power, but I haven't looked at any fuses yet.

Please help.
