Hey everyone just wondering if anyone has a clue as to what might be causing this. When I'm driving either up an incline or uphill or on the highway accelerating i get this weird jolting/hesitation while trying to accelerate and its usually when holding the gas pedal in one spot, even when i try to give it more gas the truck starts shaking and i either have to let off and when i give it even more gas pedal it starts lagging when speeding up almost like a rocking feeling. I've replaced my Spark plugs, fuel filter, Ignition coil, spark plug wires, throttle position sensor and fan clutch. I'm also putting in a coolant sensor and pcv valve tomorrow. Any ideas on what this could be? My tachometer seems normal when accelerating so it doesn't seem like a transmission issue, could it be a vacuum leak or fuel pump?

 

I've been having this issue as well and was going to ask about it. OBD reader tells me its misfiring on 5/6 but like you said it doesn't happen all of the time. It gets worse with the summer I have noticed.

 

I had a code pop for misfire in cylinder 4 but it went away when i did the coil and wires and hasnt popped up since
