What are this connectors for!!

I was installing a Sirius connect kit under my dash and i saw this connectors and was wondering what the are for, they are powered and fused and some wire from them go to a relay, and one wire is the horn (found that out testing the wires with a test light..lol) i do have the key-less entry with the alarm system (which i don't think works, i can open door with window down and inside handle after locking the door with remote tell horn beeps but nothing happens). Here is a couple of photos.

The long one is 14 pint the medium one is 4 the small one is 2
