Cruise control switches...

My cruise control switches have definitely seen better days. They are cracking and flaking something terrible. I know the procedure for removing them but my question is are these switches "plug and play" or is it more involved than that?

Thanks

Plug-n-play once you get to them. The connectors are flimsy and delicate, so oddly I end up using a fat set of pliers to disconnect the connectors.
