That is a type of "Tinnerman nut" although Ford may call it by a different name. Take that picture to a Ford dealer or match it up at a good hardware store.

Some places call them J-clips

some call them speed nuts

some call them j nuts...sounds like we're introducing the stig lol

I heard j-clips at a GM factory I worked at when I was younger.

They are j clips.
