Icon9 No ACC power for stereo

I have a '94 Ranger, 4.0, 4x4 and I'm trying to put a new stereo in it. Problem is, I have no power on the ACC wire (I believe it is red). I've checked the fuses under the dash and they are ok. It's hard to get in there with a meter but I believe there is no ACC power getting TO the fuse block (fuse 11). I've checked other forums, DIY service manuals, etc and I can't find anything that shows where the ACC power comes from. A friend told me it comes from the distribution box under the hood, but I still don't know how it gets to the fuseblock (what wire). I also have some conflicting info on the fuses. One source says fuse 11 controls the stereo, another says it's fuse 10. By the way, the old stereo only worked when the key was on.
