Where to get rotors machined

I need to get my front rotors machined when i replace the pads this week. What sorts of places can I expect to offer this service? Would a place like Autozone do it? There is one right next to where I'm taking summer classes, which would be ideal. I'd borrow mom's car, drop the rotors off in the morning, pick them up after school, go home, and stick them on. I don't know of any brake places on the way to school. Also, what should i expect to pay for this? i've never done 'a brake job' myself before, though i think I've removed and replaced the calipers, pads, and rotors a dozen times before. I don't need to know how to do it, just where to do it and what to expect to pay. I want to get this done before friday because I'm taking a little trip to Austin and I'll be towing, so the extra stopping power would be great to have!

Autozone doesn't turn rotors! And there aren't any brake shops close to where I go to school. Firestone apparently does it though, so I'm gonna have them do it. My friggin rotors are rusted onto the hub! I changed the pads in like 10 minutes, I'll let firestone deal with getting the damn things off.

hit the center like where the big ol' axle shaft nut is? I don't really know how they're stuck, they're just really stuck! I've been hitting the back side of the rotor with a rubber mallet and rotating the rotor so I'm hitting all around the edge of it.

no hit it inbetween the lugs, like smack it on the front side going in. i know it might not make sense but doing this will make the rust pop loose.

they dont really stay on by anyhting, they are just held between the wheel and the hub.

I know they aren't held on by anything, that's why I was so confused when they wouldn't come off! Firestone has a machine that will do the rotors while they're still on the truck, so I had them do that instead. Next time they need to come off, they'll probably need replacing anyway.

After dealing with this once on my 99, I started using anti-seize between the rotor and hub. Never had that problem since i did that.
