alright so im putting in a cruise control and i cant find the right wires for the brake switch. does anyone know which color wires off of the brake pedal assembly are the "hot" and "cold" side. any help would be great thanks

 

violet/red wire should be hot and black and yellow is ground on the brake pedal position switch.

 

i found the correct one its actually the light blue with red tracer for hot and violet with white tracer for cold, or ground
