cruise control

can cruise control be added to a truck with a standard shift transmission?

thanks, guy i work with wants a ranger but says he has to have a 5 speed and had to have cruise.

Speed control is either standard or a factory option on all Rangers with automatic or manual. Factory speed control also comes with a tilt column. Dealer installed speed control kits have been available from Ford in past years but I haven't seen them listed recently. There are also aftermarket kits.
