windshield wiper problems

My intermittent wipers quit working tonight. I can still use the regular hi and low settings.. and suggestions on how to troubleshoot?

Your multifunction switch assembly may have gone belly up. You can check this article for a possible fix:

It's written for a 99, don't know what year you have - how about adding a signature?

Yes, that used to be problem on 90s Rangers and that is what the article was written for. I thought he could use that same procedure to clean the multifunction switch and that might work instead of buying a new switch for $75+.

2003 Ranger wipers

The washer works but wipers do not, have changed the wiper motor, both relays, and the multi switch and still no wipers. Any ideas where to look next?
