Yes, near the end of the DS frame rail where the bumper bracket bolts on. I'll try to get a photo tomorrow.

Ford runs the dedicated ground wire back into the interior, probably to keep the ground point away from corrosion. If that's not a concern, then it could be chassis grounded instead.
